Dean sighed and pulled a bit of a face. "Yeah. I left a note on the board," he said, sliding the rest of the rings off his arm before pushing up out of the pool. "I was sort of expecting an owl when you were free," he said, resisting the urge to shake his wet hair all over her. "But yeah, I've had stuff on my mind." He could often be reluctant to talk about his issues, at least the ones not related to his mental health, but he was also realistic about how long he could hold Susan off.
