“Mmm,” Alicia groaned slightly as she scrunched up her face and considered Adrian’s request. Six years old was still very young to start doing Potions, she thought, but then again, they had been helping with the cooking since they were four. “Alright,” she said with a small chuckle and looked up at him. Adrian was a very gifted Potions master, she didn’t doubt that, but they were 6 year old kids, her kids, and that was quite different from working with Potions alone in your flat. “But they’ll only be using it under your strict supervision. Please promise me that?”
Biting her lips, Alicia did her best to not outright laugh at Adrian’s denial. Any attempt at keeping a straight face, though, went right out the window when he told her the news. “Aw,” she cooed. “You’re having a niece. Tell Sera hi the next time you talk to her and tell her I’m sure she’ll be beautiful. But I have a feeling that if she ever calls you Unca Adrian, you’ll just be a puddle on the floor.”
