Re: Speechifying & Presenting Blades to Pandora
Dora let a little smile play about her lips, more pleased with herself than she'd let on outwardly. She'd kept relatively quiet about her new apprenticeship, though when people asked she'd give them the gist. A few people who'd come to her place had seen the swords sitting out, if she'd been cleaning them or working with them.
She stood still as Richard put her new sword belt and swords about her waist. This at least they'd practiced so there would be no bumping or jostling along the way. Wouldn't that be embarrassing, right? She gave him another pleased smile.
She bit her lip slightly, not sure what she should say really. "Thank you all for coming. Despite not saying much on this, it really does mean a lot, and I'm glad you all took the time out to attend. It's been an honor to train and to continue to train, and I look forward to some distant point in the future where we might celebrate me elevating yet again." It would take a lot of work, but she was more than willing to do that. "Until then, let's enjoy!"
