Cormac had wasted no time when Lavender had arrived and had immediately swept her into his arms tightly, returning kissing her deeply. Breaking the kiss to grin at her, he lifted her into his arms and bounced her lightly, "I missed you, too," he breathed out quickly before kissing her again, the candles and wine forgotten.
