Justin and Seamus

WHAT: Justin wanted to do something with Seamus other than movie and sex at his place.

Justin waited for Seamus to join him in the pub so they could leave for lunch and he smiled as he made rounds after rounds of yellow knitting on Ernie's scarf. The hat was all done and he wanted to take on the challenge of making mittens, making this a whole kit for his mate. He'd probably do the same for Seamus too and made a mental note to actually ask Seamus what he wanted.

"Hey!" He greeted Seamus was his friend walked over to him. He put away his project and reduced the bag to fit into his pocket as he stood. "I have no definite plan, I figured we could go for whatever felt right?" He said with a smile.

"I'm always hungry," Seamus said, leading the way out of the pub into Monument Alley. "Mostly because I forget to eat. Everyone says I'm losing weight." Well, everyone being Susan and his mam, anyway. "So, quantity as important as quality, I guess. We could go to one of those buffet Chinese or Indian places in muggle London?" Seamus wasn't sure he could accurately lead them to one, but he'd been a few times with various people and when he did walk around muggle London it seemed like they popped up pretty often. "Or whatever you feel like," he added. "Burgers?" Burgers sounded pretty good, so Seamus was really willing to leave the decision up to Justin.

Justin chuckled as they made their way out. "I'm all for Chinese buffet, I'm hungry too. I'm never really going for long without food anymore. But it used to be hard to eat at regular hours." When he had started at St.Mungo's he'd wanted to make a great impression and had often worked through breaks. Not anymore though.

"I could Apparate us to one, if you'd like. I used to order a lot from then, they are really good." He said, grinning. He reached out and gently touched Seamus side (still careful not to touch any sensitive areas for him) and chuckled. "Dunno about the losing weight part, you see fine to me when you come over." He smirked at Seamus.

Seamus smirked back, glad that someone at least wasn't getting to him about eating enough. He leaned into the touch, walking close beside Justin. "I suppose you see me often enough that it's not a sudden drop. Mam saw me Bonfire Night and I went swimming with Susan and they both noticed." They paused in a quiet nook between two shops so that Justin could apparate them safely. "Maybe I should start demanding you cook for me," he teased, leaning in for a quick kiss. It wasn't something they did, really, kissing in public but they were in semi-privacy now and it didn't feel like a big deal.

"I'll trust you to apparate us to somewhere safe," he agreed, touching Justin's hand so he could side-along them.

The kiss surprised Justin a little, as they usually didn't do that sort of thing out in the open, but he didn't mind. If anything, he actually liked it, so he smiled at Seamus. "Okay." He replied, taking Seamus' hand to Apparate them in a back alley where he knew there would be no one to see them.

"It's about a block from here, there was nowhere closer." he said, accidentally keeping Seamus' hand in his as he lead them out in the open.

Once on the street, Justin smiled at Seamus. "You know, I have learned quite a lot lately though. I can even make burritos, I have a bunch in the freezer for breakfast. And I made pot pies and lasagnas." He was quite proud of himself actually, having learned some basics, then he had started expanding.
