"I'll keep that in mind," he said, making a note that she'd prefer bar work. "If that's your preference I'll keep that in mind. Like I said in my journal advert sometimes we have to switch it up a bit but mostly people get their preferences. Hopefully you wouldn't have to break up any fights, the security staff are pretty good and I know how to wield a good immobilising spell or three, and we generally hope that they won't actually break out in the first place." He'd been fairly lucky most of the time. They hadn't had any major brawls, quite a few minor scuffles and one or two moderate ones. His zero tolerance policy had got around though, as well as his willingness to actually ban people for causing a problem.
"Great, a couple of weeks is plenty of time to organise everything. A month would be ideal, but a couple of weeks is fine. And I completely understand short notice for sudden baby arrivals. I've got a few people I can call on if I need someone for one night."

"If you were hired and when working a shift you saw a woman repeatedly flirting with a man who had clearly rejected her where her flirting includes a lot of unwanted touching: what would you do?
