I'm not particularly surprised. Sometimes it's nice to turn off the grown-up part of your mind and just enjoy the pretty pretty lights.

Bonfire bangers and mash isn't one I've come across. A friend always raves about parkin and treacle toffee this time of year. I don't really know. Does Hogsmeade have a display? I haven't been there in a while.
