Here's the thing...

Thinking about a broom for the little miss got us started working out how to make sure the parental remote key had overall control. That led us to the factory key we now use to lock down the spell work on the Model C racing broom. Now we can make sure nobody can bodge it past what the Ministry allows for a papered broom without bringing it by the factory first to get it unlocked and the registration pulled. Seemed to me we sort of owed Lucy for being our inspiration. So we did her a one-off custom. The actual production Beginner's Broom will hit the stores come springtime.

Whatever seems best for you as far as when you give it to her.
