Susan sipped her wine and nodded thoughtfully, keeping her expression pleasantly neutral. It was just like Justin to see the absolute best in people, even if they were sometimes a little cantankerous - even irascible at times. But that was part of Justin's charm, and really Susan was observant enough to know that Seamus' current bilious temperament had little to do with Justin, or Susan but rather with a rather attractive Frenchwoman and who she was dating. "I suppose so," she replied blandly, her lips quirking into a wicked smile. "The whole prattish demeanour is sort of charming in a weird way I suppose? Very celtic." She tilted her head and gave Justin significant eye-contact, "But then you've always had a thing for Celtic men, haven't you dear?"
She took another long sip of her wine, swirling it around appreciatively. The hope in Justin's eyes was heartening, though privately Susan wondered if it would be Justin or Seamus who would end up a little worse for wear after the inevitable implosion of the relationship. "Well that's good of him," she replied in as neutral a tone as she could muster, privately wondering at how Seamus could always find time for Dean, but apparently found it hard to make time for his not-boyfriend. "And that's good that you go over, we all know that it's hard for you to be by yourself for any protracted length of time."
