I think if you could meet them at the hotel an hour or so ahead of time they would really appreciate that. They do have a lot of questions and I know Melissa's both excited and anxious to be going that far away. So if that's a possibility for you, I'll clear that with them.
Mainly I think they just need some moral support and guidance with the practicalities. The whole "Platform 9 3/4" concept caused more of a stir than I had expected, so getting Melissa through to the platform and safely onto the train to see her off would be a great help.
