Lucy giggled at the request for danger points but shook her head. "No, silly. You can always do what I do and step on Daddy's feet first!" She referred to how she would often place her feet on Percy's for him to 'dance' them around, and Percy smiled in remembrance. He did, however, look down to Penelope's bare feet and looked a little sheepish.

"I promise not to hobble you," he offered.

As she moved closer, he was momentarily at a loss for what to do with his hands. It wasn't that he didn't know, it was just that he was suddenly overtaken by a memory and had to resist the thought of pulling her closer and- no, nothing he would dare, not here, not with Lucy nearby, and not with Penelope. He was thankfully distracted by her words and couldn't help the proud grin that spread over his face. For all the times he wondered where Lucy had inherited a given trait, he was equally pleased to see where she took after him. "I wonder as well," he said, finally taking Penny's hand in a proper dancing hold and reaching for her waist.

You can do this, he said to himself as a familiar scent reached his nose, reminding him of the past and the present all at once, as each held parts of the woman in front of him. He started to move slowly, being careful of where he stepped but still trying his best to resemble an actual dance for Lucy's benefit.
