Rose could easily have spent the rest of the night in the shower; it felt amazing, but there was something, or rather someone more amazing fast asleep just down the hall from the bathroom, someone that she would much rather spend the night with. So keeping the shower short, she quickly began drying off when she got out, and had just got the towel wrapped around her when a soft knock had her stop and look up just in time to see Rolf enter.

“Hey,” she said softly, her smile bright and wide as she stepped directly into Rolf’s open arms. “Was just on my way to you, didn’t mean to wake you up,” she murmured against his chest, closing her eyes to just breathe him in for a moment, before she looked up at him. “I missed you.”
