Re: Bryony and Viktor
"Always good to hear I was a welcome addition," Viktor said with a small smile. He had gotten a pretty good reception, though he was certain a few of them regretted it now, with how hard he worked them and how much he pushed for improvement. Rowan seemed to respond well under the additional pressure, though, which said a lot of good things to Viktor.
"Ah, I've never been good at drawing things," he said. "So I haff alvays admired it. One of my sisters, she draws, but only her fashion designs." Which were pretty, most of the time, but not what he normally admired. "Oh, that vould make an excellent painting," he told her. "The atmosphere, it is alvays very ... hm, tantalizing? No, that is not the word. Evocative, that might be it."
He kept an eye on Tsveta as he handed Misha off to her and let the two go pounce a beanbag close by. His lips twitched in amusement at them, but he turned the bulk of his attention back to Bryony. "Are you an artist?" he asked her curiously.
