Bryony and OPEN - Afternoon
Bryony had come to Finnigan's to work on her portrait skills, as she usually did on Friday afternoons when Braith was winding up for the day and was unlikely to need new potions made as much as she needed peace and quiet in which to paint. When she'd seen the Halloween decorations, though, she'd been unable to resist the urge to sketch them. The jack o'lanters were going to look beautiful as it got darker, and she was seriously considering heading home to grab her paints and seeing if she couldn't find a quiet spot to try to capture them in full colour.
For now, though, it was still light outside. She had explored every room, noting the changes that had been wrought and had ultimately decided on The Roost for her sketching. She was sat as upright as she could get (not very) against one of the large pumpkin beanbags, sketchpad rested against her bent knees as she sketched the broad details of a cauldron before working on the detail of the pumpkin flowers coiled around its handle.
