Seamus raised an eyebrow at that. "Pretty sure Susan knows that," he said. She ought to, considering she'd been one of the first people he'd told. "I don't know, something about housing agents being sexist. And you're..." Taken. "Busy. Anyway, I can pretend to be straight, as long as I don't actually have to do anything." This conversation had so much potential to be hilarious, but it was obvious neither of them were feeling it.

Seamus reached for his coat, figuring York might be cooler than London, and anyway they might go for a walk to something, or be left waiting outside by Jess. He fished a pack of exploding playing cards out of one pocket and set it (gently) on the counter. He didn't like to have them on him around Dean, just in case. Besides, they were going out in the muggle world and he didn't fancy having to call the obliviators.

"We ready then? You'd better side-along us. I don't know York."
