Dennis watched the other man narrow his eyes. Really, there was something about him that was ever so familiar, but Dennis shrugged it off.
He chuckled slightly at the way the man seemed to take obvious offence at his correction being dismissed. "Sorry about that guv, I tend to be a bit messier when all I need is for me to be able to read it before I bash it out on my typewriter. At least it's not in Teeline?" He stifled a snort and nodded. "Yes well Squizzzy is an informant that wishes to remain totally disassociated from their actual position, but as a general rule yes, I'd tend to agree with you."
"Well that makes sense," Dennis replied, looking around and smiling. "I'd imagine the stock wouldn't do well sitting here for weeks on end. But I'm sure you'd do well? The potions places always need a good apothecary, and it's nice to be able to shop for stuff in more than one store." He laughed slightly, beginning to feel for the man who had obviously wrapped himself up in a protective bubble of snark. "There's wish mongers off Serangoon Road in Singapore," he replied inanely. "They claim that if you bring them teeth, they'll give you wishes. I never got around to testing it out to be honest. But I think an apothecary is a far better option."
He felt his eyes widen infinitesimally at the mention of the name. So this was Draco Malfoy. Interesting. He knew from Rolf that he was engaged to Astoria Greengrass, but it was intriguing to see him in person. "Well hello Draco. Dennis Creevey, pseudonym Finn Collins. Nice to see you after so many years?"
