Susan's eyes twinkled, remembering how she'd actually made Auror Proudfoot laugh when she'd eventually dropped down from the roof after they gave up looking for her. Her smile dimmed as he continued to play with his cards, sorting them into their decks in a bout of neatness. "Are you alright," she asked, looking pointedly at the cards. "Are you nervous or something?"
She smiled with relief. "You're amazing, do you know that? I know it's a weird thing to ask but some Muggle realtors won't sell anything beyond a two bedroom flat to single girls out of some sort of weird sexism, so you'll help me get the home I want." She paused and tilted her head for a moment as he continued to fiddle with the deck of cards. "So what else is new darling, fill me in. I've been utterly remiss in keeping up with you in the last few weeks."
