Find the Horcruxes (storylines)

Gretchen is in need of some fellas to date. Not necessarily for forever-and-ever love, but just someone to date that isn't a random NPC that I made up for her to dump right away by professing her love to Gandalf or claiming to have a mold collection. You see, Gretchen (who, btw, can be quite smexy despite mostly being wholesome looking) is about to turn 29 at the end of December and she's starting to panic. Oh, she knows that 29 isn't old, but she's finding herself being a bit of a goof.

Hello everyone, this is Dulcinea Mulciber, apple of her Father's eye, and perfect little pureblood Princess! She (and her father Isidore; sethlans) is looking for her "baby" brother, Mr Anselm Mulciber. Anselm is a member of the Dark Lord's Death Eaters, friend of Severus Snape, and probably potential husband for some lucky pureblood girl! She would also be delighted to see her mother Honoria Mulciber in play, so that she could get advice about marriage and courtship!! D: Family information is here and here!

Severus Snape (potion_master) would love to see Anselm as well, but would also love to have his mother Eileen Snape in play. She likes to hassle him about whether or not he's found a young woman, and possibly things related to Death Eater-y-ness - I'm flexible on where her political viewpoints lay and open for any sort of potential conflict there.

Other interesting possibilities? Inner Circle Death Eaters and Outer Circle Death Eaters of all varieties cause Patrice pretty much always enjoys having those around. :D

Rufus Scrimgeour would love to have his brother and sister-in-law, Diarmad & Elizabeth Scrimgeour around to scold him and worry about him and be worried about in return. They have two cute kids whom Rufus likes to spoil and fuss over then give back once he's wound them up.


Also Isidore Mulciber (sethlans) would love to have his wife Honoria Mulciber, his son Anselm Mulciber and his daughter Dulcinea Mulciber around as well. What is a good purist Death Eater without his family?

Characters!

Severus Snape would love to see his Mum, Eileen Snape, in play. You can find out all sorts of friendly family info here. He'd also love to see one of his best friends Anselm Mulciber in play (as would Anselm's father, Mr Mulciber, I'm sure), and of course Outer Circle & Inner Circle DEs are always great as well!

What else? Well, I'd love for Gwen MacDougal (alwaysalady) to have some romantic entanglements - they can be made of fail - in fact, I'm all about them being made of fail, so if you've got a single guy between oh, IDK, 20 - 40 (she really, really isn't picky), feel free to chat me up.

Evan Rosier would really, really, REALLY like to see his older brother, Tristan, who is 25 years old, a very rare Ravenclaw in a family dominated by its Slytherin tradition, and perhaps most importantly, NOT a Death Eater (though aware of his father and brother's involvement). Occupation (or lack thereof) and all the rest would be entirely open to interpretation!

It would also be amazing to see Julian & Aldrich Rosier, the twin brothers in the Inner Circle of Death Eaters -- because come on, twins are always ♥ Julian got a fork in the neck during the Halloween masquerade, and knows that whoever it was that dealt such a blow seems to have a vendetta on behalf of Florence & Jonathan Corner. Aldrich, on the other hand, has to deal with the fact that he missed being the heir by mere minutes and has three daughters but no sons. Plotty goodness? You bet!

Hi everyone! :D

I am currently in the process of applying for Cyril Warrington, age 27, and he is in need of a wife! This is no ordinary marriage, however. Cyril's father, Conrad, passed away in 1976 and left his boys with... NOTHING. No one but the boys and their mother knows this, however. After being pressured by their mother to get married, Cecil gets engaged and Cyril quickly follows suit, marrying later that year to a well-bred young woman. AND WEALTHY. Fast forward two years, their son Conrad (the second) is born.

What I'm picturing... is far from an ideal marriage. In fact, if both discovered shortly after marriage that they couldn't stand the sight of one another, that would be even better. And since they'd be married... well, Cyril doesn't want a scandal, so he'd suggest that they at least try to make it work and, you know, get it on and have a child. WHAT LUCK! A SON! I imagine Cyril to be a really awful husband, because he's pretty miserable about his lot in life at the moment.

So what I'm looking for is someone willing to be his wife in a miserable marriage, but at least they have a one year old son? :D She ought to be of higher standing than Emmeline, since Cyril's the older son of a well-off (so everyone thinks) Pureblood family. I will also simply take a name, so that Cyril has some in-laws, so on that note: does anyone have a sister or female relative that they would be willing to have as Cyril's wife? Otherwise I'll just make someone up, but it'd be SO MUCH FUN to have in-laws. TRUST ME.

Hey everyone! It's Chele! So I have some ideas/request I wanted to run by and see if anyone wants to offer their person up!

First off there's Amalie! Amalie is in desperate need of more friends! Right now she's the only one in Hufflepuff from the 69-76 year and that makes me sad! Lol. The only SL that I remember setting up for her from someone in the same year as her is Ed but I would definitely like some more friends! Or if someone is interested in picking someone up, she could definitely use a best friend around!

Second is Laelia! She needs a few more girl friends that are around her age. Lately she's been talking to the wives a lot, nothing wrong with that of course! and some of the men that are younger than her. :] Also, I want to start pushing slightly of the potential husbands for Laelia. Right now her brother is looking at Rabastan as a possible choice but I'd like at least the first two to be strike out because obviously Laelia isn't wanting to get married yet. So maybe the third time is the charm? I can have it spaced out between suitors so it doesn't happen all at once but I imagine that Laelia's family is going to be wanting to push her more. Would anyone like to be either the second dud or the lucky guy?

Would any of the older male characters like to have an illegitimate daughter? She would have been born around May/June 1961, and either he would have not known about the baby at all (whoever he was sleeping with never told him she was pregnant) or he knew about the baby and either didn't care or otherwise refused to acknowledge her.

Just, y'know. Out of curiosity.

Hey guys! This is Augustus. He's pretty awesome. He also has some family members that he (and I) would love to see in play!

His father died a few years back, but his mother, Irina Rookwood (Dolohov), is still around and kicking. Along those lines, I'd also looove to see his uncle, Antonin Dolohov, around. In Augustus's canon, I have it that after his father died he became close to his uncle and Antonin eventually was the one that got him involved with the Death Eaters. And, really, the IC DEs are kickass, so how can you say no? ;)

Augustus also has two siblings available to be played. His sister is Imogene Urquhart and is married to Elias Urquhart with a son, Elias - although names and all of that are easy to be changed. He also has a spare brother, Maximilian Rookwood, with whom I would love to explore a kind of competitive relationship with Augustus. :D

Would anyone be interested in playing the Death Eater Alex has to face ln Halloween?

I've so been meaning to get around to his, woo productivity.

Xavier Avery: He's still fresh and new but it would be super awesome to have his wife around. Marissa Avery (Jugson) is pretty much a blank slate personality wise for anyone that wants to take her on. A Slytherin from '41-'48 she started dating Xavier while working as a Ministry Secretary and they got married out of LOVE, take that parent planned arranged marriages. Why should someone pick her up? Because think of the family drama going on!! Dead kids? That's a meal enough right there.

And then Filemina Attley fidgeter has big brothers, Castor and Gunter, who apart from age and houses are free reign. Fil's family, especially mum and pop Richard and Maureen, tend more toward purist than not. They aren't flat out supporters of Voldy's reign of murder and terror but do have a healthy dose of ignorance inspired prejudice. Fil thinks that's a load of crap and is another reason she's mostly the black sheep of the family. Either on her side or her parents it'd be fun for some familial interaction here, parents or siblings.

Marissa would be awesome, so would one of Fil's brothers so if anything strikes you or you want to share an idea, hit me here or email or aim, whichever works :)

Welcome to the OHLOOKITTHEPRETTYCOSTUME and I'MGETTINGSLOSHED post for pre-battle interaction between characters BEFORE the shit hiteth the fan.

A few players expressed an interest in wanting their characters to interact with others before the ball for a nice juxtaposition between the happier times and potentially RPing characters who wouldn't ordinarily really have any REASON to interact.

So! Go ahead and comment here with EACH character, like we did on the Civvie Battle Involvement Post, except we don't need level of involvement. Feel free to post any ideas (For example: "Narcissa is in a HUGE dress. Anyone want to be run into and then be forced to talk to her?" Or "I'd love for someone to spill a drink on James!")

And remember to make a DIFFERENT comment for EACH character so it'll be easier to find them later!

Evan Rosier is looking for family members! Specifically JULIAN ROSIER, the Rosier family patriarch and Inner Circle DE member -- seriously, he's one of Voldie's old schoolmates and kind of a big deal within the DE ranks, and if you're potentially eyeing a DE character then I BESEECH YOU to please consider him. Also would love to see TRISTAN ROSIER, the heir to the family who is uncharacteristically neither a DE nor a Slytherin (he was a Ravenclaw instead, and what he actually does is completely open; basically, he's actually -- gasp! -- an upstanding young man), and MARIELLE ROSIER, the rather doting family matriarch.

Also, for the lulz: if you're thinking of a character who might be active in any branch of the arts, hit me up and Evan will potentially hook you up with industry people! If you've got The Right Ideas (or at least are willing to pretend to have The Right Ideas), that is.

KAMAL NEHRU (gunshow) would LOVE his twin brother, Ulhas! Ulhas is a writer for the Daily Prophet, and I said in Kamal's bio that the boys live together, but if you want to give Ulhas a wifey or something, that's fine too! I know there HAS to be someone who wants to PB this fine man in my icon. The twins are identical, and they used to play pranks on people by pretending to be one another... sooo creative. Now, they live to torment their brother-in-law, Deshan Patil! :D Lots of love in this family, and lots of joking around, too. I'm sure their sister mrspatil would love to see Ulhas around as well, or their sister Rashmi. More can be found in Kamal's bio or in Amala's. He could also use a ~lady friend~ if there are any single ladies lookin' to date a serious hottie. Who is also a very good boyfriend if you'd just give him the chance!

PORTIA PARKINSON (complaisant) and her sister Lucia Nott (thegoodwife) would also love to see their brother Adair! He's the middle sibling and heir of the Flint fortune, he's married to a woman named Odessa (no surname as of yet) and has a son named Marcus. ;) Pretty self-explanatory, really. Very proper family, respectable, etc. You'd have freedom to give him whatever career you wanted, and his personality is pretty open too, though I expect he'll be the product of his upbringing too.

Okay, Isidore's only just come into the game but he has lots of wonderful family who really ought to be played so here goes.

Isidore Mulciber would love to see his wife (Honoria Mulciber nee Vance), his mother (Carolina Mulciber), his daughter (Dulcinea Mulciber) but most especially his son (Anselm Mulciber) running around in the game... though, you know, he'd rather his wife and daughter weren't actually running around because it's unladylike and uncouth. There's a small amount of blurb in Isidore's info about his family and I've tried to keep it fairly vague to give plenty of room to move and feel free to contact me if you've got any questions.

Okay, because Dawn is better-capable of thought first thing in the morning than I am, she had a better idea for involving your civvies in battle at the upcoming Masquerade Ball (of doom)!

My turn! I'm still very new, but I'd LOVE to see Sloane's husband, so here it goes:

SLOANE VAISEY: Sloane is my WWN news anchor and she (and I) would LOVE to see her husband, Giles Vaisey, being played in the game. Born in 1943, he's 36 and was in Slytherin from 1954 to 1961 along with her brother Dylan Selwyn and with Sturgis Podmore. He's a Death Eater. A love match, Sloane and Giles have been married for eight years and have still no children to show for it, which despairs both of them and has put a strain on their marriage. Giles is the first son and therefore the heir of the Vaisey family.

I'd really LOVE to see Sloane's husband. Her in-laws would be nice too, but her husband is more urgent of course. Interested? You can ping me for more information: LouveMae on AIM or louve.mae at gmail.

Right, so I'm still quite new, but there are already characters that I desperately wish to see! Well, namely one. Emmeline would love to see her fiancé CECIL WARRINGTON. He's a younger son of the Warrington family, and the engagement was arranged when Emme was barely out of Hogwarts, then the actual wedding plans kept being put off because... neither of them are too eager to actually say those vows, despite parental prodding. They're friendly, and they have an understanding, and it's nice to have someone to make sotto voce quips to at inane social functions.

But more importantly! Cecil would be a Slytherin, 1965-1972, which makes him a former roommate of Lucius Malfoy's. And Emme has been an Order member since early 1979. Maybe he hears Important Things...? Gossipy, plotty goodness -- I promise, it shall abound!

Hi, hi! I did this a couple of weeks ago, but with all of these new people, I feel that I ought to try and take advantage of tempting people with the lines that I'm rather desperate for right now!

Lydia Townsley is a Muggleborn, but her younger sister married William Bundy, who is definitely a wizard. I kind of see the two of them having a special sort of comraderie that comes with being the only magical people in a rather normal, Muggle family and I'd love to be able to play with that. I currently have him employed at the Ministry on the Accidental Magic Reversal Squad, but as he's never been mentioned in game I have no issue having that be changed!

Lydia would also really like to have an intern to play with. ;) She is the Chief of Language and Linguistics in the Ministry, so it would have to be someone that wants to go into something with languages like that.

Also, Effie McKinnon is sort of desperate for some close friends! I would particularly like to see Peadar MacDougal, who I've decided should be her best friend. ;D Anyone in or relatively near her year would be fine, but Peadar also has a large number of MacDougals to interact with already!
