WWN Broadcast Interruption

Partway through the WWN's evening news broadcast, all wireless stations -- the Tube included -- are interrupted.

Greetings, citizens of the Wizarding World.

I am Lord Voldemort. The Ministry of Magic wishes to stifle my promises of peace. I have been more than generous with my demands, but the time has come to put this decision in the hands of the people. I can keep the people safe. I can call off the werewolves and vampires and protect your children from harm. The Ministry of Magic only wishes to restrict your freedoms.
