Hi, I'm Jo and I've been away from roleplaying for a few years now but I'm interested in jumping back in. A lot of the places I used to know are abandoned and it seems like interest has dwindled significantly since I left, particularly in the only fandom I enjoy playing in - Harry Potter. I've been through a bunch of ad communities and have found a few games that are still active but, for various reasons, none of them are right for me.
For that reason, and because I have a lot of experience creating and modding games, I'm considering starting a new post-Hogwarts RPG. It would be a laid back, lighthearted, everyone's-alive-because-Voldemort-never-existed game centered around professional Quidditch -- although not all the characters will be Quidditch players, of course, and everyone's allowed to come up with their own plots, which can be as dark and unrelated to Quidditch as they'd like. I just want to gauge interest before do all the work of setting up a game only to find there are no players left. I'd also be interested in co-mods or just people willing to help out in any way.
