She's been on the run from the govt for the past year, evading them mostly through her abilities, being a kickass fighter and vast amount of sheer luck. Prior to that she lived in San Francisco. The guy can either be someone who knew her before that or someone who she came across on the run.
If the guy knew her before, he could be the guy from her high school she used to have a crush on or the BFF that she disappeared from without saying goodbye to. If they ran into each other on the road, he could be someone who was also on the run himself or even someone supposedly working for the govt. I have quite a few ideas!
The relationship doesn't have to be happily ever after or even anything too serious. I'd just like to pit her against someone who wouldn't be intimidated by how well she can use a gun but can also keep up with her sense of adventure and sharp tongue. Comments are screened!
