Can I get someone to fill lines for my two characters at ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) mitochondrion?
First, Mary Ann Dale is in need of someone that doesn't quite understand her prejudice against her powers and tries to get her to use them more frequently. I'd really like for the character to be male and be really okay with having a "superpower" to the point that her extreme dislike for her own is something he sees as needing to fix. I'd like to take the line from the beginning, in that she'll accidentally turn invisible before him and work our way up with them from there.
Second, Jenna Riley needs the rest of her family for some moral support right now. Her bio currently says that she has both a younger and older brother but that can be reworked if you're more interested in playing a female character.
For her younger sibling I was thinking that Jenna finds her younger sibling as something of a pain in the butt to her, and they have something of a tit for tat relationship (just keep in mind that it's mostly the younger sibling owing Jenna as Jenna's a bit of a goody-goody). With Jenna recently sneaking out this could be prime blackmail for the younger sibling for a while. There is a lot of high school aged characters so there is plenty of plot for this character outside of Jenna and cousins Roberta and Noah.
Her relationship with her older sibling is probably more distant as I have it in my head that they're the same age as her older cousin Noah who is 23-24, but the sibling is fairly protective of the younger two. There is a fairly large group of characters in the 20-25 age bracket so they wouldn't be lacking in non-family lines as well.
I would really love it if someone would pick up her mom who was the firm hand around the house for the most part (although her husband has been known to be the firm hand himself). I'm planning on Jenna having a talk with her mom in the near future confessing that she snuck out of the house not too long ago that will result in Jenna being grounded for Halloween and I really want to scene that without NPCing the mom. Also she was probably the one that ensured Jenna and the other kids had some sort of participation in the arts as children.
As for Dad he treats Jenna as something of his little princess as she' currently his only girl. He and his wife have a good marriage which shows in how the kids have been raised. He currently probably isn't too pleased that Jenna's ex has suddenly reappeared on the island because his little girl is going through this really lovely angry/mopey cycle as a result right now. Of the two parents I can see him as being a member of the project that gave all the kids superpowers. Plus there's some serious insta!plots for him in the form of a Dad's club and other scientists to react with.
