Hello! I play Astoria over at ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) almostgrown (via ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) almostmods), a game set in an 8th year of Hogwarts for the trio, focusing on getting those darn heroes ready for the real world now that the war's over. It's a great group so far, but there are some key characters missing! Such as the trio! We've got a Draco who might enjoy snarking with them (and perhaps a Pansy, Blaise, and a Goyle to reconnect with) and a Ginny who's likely missing her friends (and boyfriend!) as well as a Lavendar without any girls in her dorm to chat with, especially her best friend, Parvati! Why is it we don't have a Neville yet to continue being the bamf that he is?! And Hufflepuff is lacking as well! Justin? Ernie? Where are you?! There's also a wanted list to check out if you're still not sure who to play!
Now for Astoria, I'd love fellow sixrth years of any House for her to interact with. Perhaps a friend or two from childhood who was sorted into another House during their first year. How have they dealt wtih the friendship since the sorting, and how are they dealing with it now after the Battle of Hogwarts? I'd love to find out! I'd also love fellow Slytherins for her to interact with. Harper, Vaisey, and Urquhart likely have spots on the Quidditch team, and one of them could be her prefect counterpart. Maybe even an ex or two (either a sixth year or seventh), even one who was her first kiss (bonus points if he's from another House). Hey, my name is Aden. I play a few characters over at hohum, a newer Post-Warts game, but tonight I'm only really looking for something for one of my kids. I play the Terry Boot there, who you can find at magicalboot. He doesn't have many journals up, but this isn't a journal-heavy game. If you're curious to see him in play, you can check him out via the Terry tag list! The game itself involves the Witches and Wizards being exposed to Muggles and having to set their wands down to attempt to create some form of peace. The plot is unusual in that way, so you might want to check that out as well.
I'm looking for is a serious girlfriend for Trevor Boot, Terry's older brother. I'm picking him up for a short term line and would love someone else close to him besides just his brother in play. Trevor is fully Muggle, no magic whatsoever. He's 30 and pbed by Hans Matheson. Trevor himself is kind and interested in magic. He accepts it because he knows his brother loves it and thinks it has to be pretty great then. Trevor is a doctor, but currently he helps his brother with the store a lot as well. He's a nice guy, outgoing, and loves the outdoors.
I have very few requirements for this character, but I do need her to be magical. As long as she's not crazy, blood purist, or mean, between 27 to 30 we'll be set. Her and Trevor have been dating for at least a year now and I'd love for them to be preparing to move in together. Please do not play her as a short term character I am looking for someone who will pick her up and stay with her. There's plenty for her to do after Trevor is gone. He's going to be killed in a major plot that we'll be getting rolling soon, but Terry and a good amount of other folks are still around and ready to help her through.
