Hi! I'm Kat and I play over at the super duper, totally awesome game ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) roadmaps, and we are looking for several important characters to be played. Roadmaps is an AU Maurauders game that explores what could have happened during the first war, such as Regulus Black deciding to present valuable information about the horcruxes to the Order of the Phoenix and the early death of Lord Voldemort, which pressures the Order to take a trek across the world to find all horcruxes and destroy them before Voldemort returns. The game revolves around these travels as the Death Eaters try to stop them, our first destination of Romania coming up soon!
roadmaps just opened in December and already has 50+ characters, lots of backstory, and plenty of activity. We have hilarious chats + plotting every evening, and some of the nicest players around. Most importantly, you may have seen some of the game's cracktastic ads around (such as ones including Shia LaBeouf and explosions. For no reason, really.) Need any more reasons to join? See here! So please join today! Specifically, the following characters are desperately needed:
Elphias Doge: Active Order member and good friends with Albus Dumbledore. We are looking for an Albus and already have an Aberforth who is interested in exploring his relationship with Doge.
Albus Dumbledore: Head of the Order of the Phoenix. In an upcoming AU plot, Dumbledore will kill Voldemort in a Death Eater attack against the Order, which will set off the bigger plot of the Order racing around the world to find all the horcruxes. We also have an Aberforth and McGonagall in the game that are looking for an Albus!
Barty Crouch Sr.: Crouch Sr. is currently the Head of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement, which plays a big part in Ministry storylines. He is specifically wanted for Barty Crouch Jr., who wants to explore his twisted relationship with his father, specifically the distance between father and son and Barty's obvious pleas for attention that Crouch Sr. doesn't seem to react to.
Fenir Greyback: One of the few werewolves aligned with the Death Eaters. There was a recent werewolf legislation passed by the Ministry in game that requires every werewolf to register with the Ministry, and werewolf politics is a very large aspect that we will be exploring in the game. Specifically, Remus Lupin is looking for some interaction with Greyback.
Arthur Weasley: An active member of both the Ministry and the Order, Arthur is one of the few that is very sympathetic and fascinated with muggles, which will play in to the larger plot of anti-muggle Ministry and Death Eaters. Also, Arthur is wanted by his wife Molly Weasley and their already growing ginger brood of five boys plus another on the way!
Dean Thomas' father: If you don't know the story of Dean's dad as told by JKR, it's very interesting. Most likely pureblood and part of a family with members that are well-known Death Eaters, he was killed when he refused to join the Death Eaters who sought him out for recruitment. In an AU game, he will obviously not be killed, and perhaps aligned with the Order or Ministry. Has a possible relation Mrs. Zabini, who we have in the game.
Death Eaters in general: We already have a bunch, we would love some more! Not all Death Eaters are evil! Many are aligned with the Ministry, and politically active in interests of preserving pure blood. Death Eaters are totally just misunderstood. Specifically, we would love some older Death Eaters, Aurors such as Dawlish, and those in Voldemort's inner circle including Avery Sr., Nott, and Mulciber Sr.
