Hi! This is Jess, one of the writers and mods, from ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) greatergood_rpg. You remember when Albus stopped Gellert? What if that happened? That's where this AU game takes place. It's dark and adult. We have friendly writers who are dedicated to plots and personal develop of their character within overall or bigger plots the mods make up. Now, for me, I am looking for specific characters and specific types/spots to be filled.
I have Gellert. In Gellert's Minister there's only two Department Heads that have been cast. Understand Department Heads have to be 35+ because of their position, and a long standing member of the Ministry. But he needs more people to scene with professionally at a higher level!
I have Cormac who needs MALE FRIENDS. He's 21. Works at the Ministry is politically for Gellert, but neutral (as in what does he care as long as his friends don't get hurt and he gets paycheck?). He has two best friends, Lavender and Katie, and then made a new friend, Alette. And has something future planned with Astoria. However, they are all girls. He needs some male influence in his life desperately besides my other character he dislikes.
I have Demelza who is a new character. Lesbian, stripper, in the Beige faction (Information on what "factions" are can be found on the mod journal), and works by day at a junk shop. She's anti-muggle very much. Fiercely independent, hard ass, and stubborn, she could use friends who will accept her. (She's 18.)
I have Jocelyn. or Shelby. or Chloe. Depends on the day. She's a metamorphamagus who really uses her powers to create people to actually be. Her only real friend is Octavius in the game and she could use either a friend beyond Oct or someone who can help her get through just being raped and outing the gold faction which she used again once than left. (She's 30.)
I have Macnair, head of the department of international relations. He's very anti-muggle, homophobic, drinks too much, does drugs. Basically he's truly an all around bad guy. But even bad guys need friends!
I have Maddox Avery. He's an OC based on the last name OC. He's Head of the Aurors who is currently having an affair with the Department Head, Molly Weasley. While Molly is not married, Maddox is. So I would love for a Andromeda whom he's married to and a Nymphadora who he believes is his daughter (and isn't). Their family history can be found here. I'd love, if we had all the characters in play, for both scandals to break: His beloved Dora not being his and Molly and Maddox's affair. Ted Tonks is wanted by me also for this. Also we need more Weasleys for a real and better reaction to his and Molly's affair being found out. Weasleys are loved and a must. I'd love for more people his age (40s) to come into play to be his friends/associates.
I have Mandy. She's naive, sweet, member of the Purple faction. She's very anti-violence and a pacifist at heart while being half-blood and loving her muggle daddy wanting to help the cause, not just ignore it. Half-tomboy she's a trainer at the British dragon sanctuary. She really could use friends and people who remember her from school. (She was Ravenclaw, Harry's year, making her 20.)
I have Oliver who once everyone finds out who he's in love with (by the time it comes out he will be in love), he'll lose all his friends. No, really, he'll lose them all and have CR turn to dislike/hate because of it. I'd love for the Quidditch Captain (who is Captain of the Puddlemere United) to get some friends who will stand by him though his choice to be with his muggle male lover especially when the scandal blows up and eventually he has to quit his job to be with him (or risk more than career or friends, but probably his life).
I have Evan who is evil. Okay, he's not evil, he's misunderstood. He's a muggle who hates magical people. His only friends are involved in the group he runs called PAM (People Against Magic, I'm so creative). I'd love for him to have friends OUTSIDE of PAM. They'd have to be muggle OCs, though. (He's 22.)
I have Teagan who is also a muggle. While she's currently in PAM, she's getting out soon and has already mostly joined the Purple faction with her friend's (who is witch) help. She's just the career woman type. All she wants is to help and try to get muggles to have some power back and winds up in a ground that hates her, kills people for sport, and actively seeks out fights. She needs friends beyond her witch and werewolf friends. (She's 27.)
Then I have Malachi. He's low on the list who NEEDS CR. But I'm still looking for a CR character to be the person he was sleeping with (I never specifically said male or female since he is bisexual) to come back. He was at a muggle art college while he kept his magic a secret and told the person he was sleeping with, who told everyone, which ultimately got him driven out of school. Having that person in play would be fun since he just got married and became a step father with a baby on the way. There could be drama. (He's 23.)
