Hello everyone! I'm getting ready to open the game ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) withgoodintent and there are still several characters that we need. The game is dependent on incredibly active writers and anyone who isn't afraid of darker plots. The following characters would be awesome to have: FENRIR GREYBACK, ALASTOR MOODY, LUCIUS MALFOY, BELLATRIX BLACK, RODOLPHUS LESTRANGE, and more. For a full list, you may go here.

Hello! My name is Nic and I've come to pimp out an awesome Next-Gen game, thesocieties! The game follows the children of the main characters from the Harry Potter series mostly in their school years, though the seventh years will be graduating soon so there are plenty of soon-to-be adults as well! The twist of the game is that there are two secret societies that exist against the wishes of the faculty. Read more about this concept here.
We're in desperate need of some boys to even out our gender ratio but we'd also like to see some siblings and members of the societies too!
If you're interested in a seventh year, Gryffindor could certainly use A LOT more players since right now we only have one! Currently open is James Potter, Quidditch Captain (Chaser) and Wand and Quill member, as well as Fred Weasley, Beater and also a member of Wand and Quill. All of the girls for this year are open too! In Ravenclaw, the older sister to Lindsay Corner (![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) cornerstone), Katrina "Kitty" Corner is also available!
The sixth year Gryffindors don't have any boys whatsoever! So we'd particularly like to see Niles Stainwright who is a Prefect, Quidditch player and member of Wand and Quill who would definitely already have a lot of connections! Jonathan Longbottom is a member of the Circle who we'd love to see too!
In Slytherin sixth year, Scorpius Malfoy is available
as a Chaser for the Quidditch team. Aleksandar Volkov is a Chaser who is best friends with Camille Bole (lightscamaction). David Sykes is a member of Wand and Quill.
We also would love to see more fourth and fifth years at The Societies! Currently, we don't have any fifth year Ravenclaws. Lorcan and Lysander Scamander are available from this group as well as Portia Parkinson who is a younger sister to the already in play Prentiss Parkinson (aprentiss). Over in Gryffindor, Louis Weasley is available as the twin to Dominique (domsley) in the same House!
In fourth year, Sharie Thomas has the benefit of being the daughter of Professor Dean Thomas who teaches DADA and is the Head of Gryffindor, which she's in. Her mum is a muggle who works in the library too! Hugo Weasley is also available in Ravenclaw with his older sister, Rose, (roseisrose) already in play.
There are plenty of other characters open with well known surnames still available like Macmillan, Smith, Longbottom, etc. Check out the full character list or place a hold here. Our game has been going for about four months so there isn't too much that a new player would have missed yet there are definitely some great dynamics already going! Character: Daisy Hookum, future author of My Life as a Muggle!

Wanted Character: Eldred Worple, future author of Blood Brothers: My Life Amongst the Vampires!
interns is a PostWarts MWPP game with a simple concept designed to spur character interaction and plot: some characters go on to become interns for The Ministry of Magic, The Daily Prophet, and St. Mungo's. As interns, these characters live together in a subsidized block of London flats, where they'll cope with the stresses that come with adulthood. There's more information at the faq and premise!
Daisy is fascinated by Muggles. The daughter of two half-bloods, Daisy was born and raised in Hogsmeade; the most interaction she's had with them is through the "Adventures of Martin Miggs" comics and her Muggle Studies textbooks. London will be a nice culture shock!
Eldred Worple is a former member of the Slug Club who apparently shares Daisy's fascination with other cultures. I'd love for someone to take him up! Or, if Eldred doesn't strike your fancy, there are still plenty of characters available!
