This is a very active, vibrant game. But what we are missing are member of Tom Riddle's INNER CIRCLE! While we have Rodolphus Lestrange, Antonin Dolohov, Graley Rosier, and Evander Nott. But we NEED: Mulciber, Augustus Rookwood, and Walden Macnair!
WALDEN MACNAIR is a cousin to my Evander Nott, and has a sister!
AUGUSTUS ROOKWOOD, future member of the Department of Mysteries! So many possibilities there!
MULCIBER, teaches his kid to bait Muggleborns! How fun is that?

Applicants have a lot of flexibility to rewrite certain canon backstory events that centered around magic, and while the game is set to be a friendly, social place for players to come and play the characters you love in a new way, there will also be plenty of built-in conflict and game-wide plot.
Nearly every character is still open! Especially needed are Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Ginny Weasley, Neville Longbottom, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, James Potter, Lily Potter, Nymphadora Tonks, Severus Snape, Tom Riddle, Lucius Malfoy, and Bellatrix Lestrange.

stopgap, has reached it's two month reboot and is going into a new genre on March 1st! By majority vote we're now going to be playing a Maurader Era 1980's theme complete with war related objectives and some great premade details to inspire new characters!
For those who haven't seen us around. Stopgap!Rpg is a Harry Potter based random-play community. Unlike other role-playing games this community is structured to allow for short-term character exploration. Players who are interested in participating volunteer for a slot on the character roster. The moderator's then assign a character (preferably one the player has never played before & one that is wanted to fill open storylines) and players are then responsible for bringing the newly birthed muse to life.
Game play per-genre (trio era, maurauder, future gen) lasts approximately two months. At the end of the two month run we switch to a new cast and game premise. In theory this rpg is structured to allow for creative writing. It also encourages a place where people can try on new muses without fear of being judged. 21december has a variety of plotlines they wish to fill:
THE ELITIST: The daughter of Blaise Zabini and Amelia Benoit is using the muggle attacks on Diagon Alley as a reason to promote her own agenda. However, interactions with THE OUTSIDER seem to only complicate things.
THE SEER: The daughter of Thomas Adler and Parvati Patil has become very popular since the war began as members from both side seek her advice. Is that why she's too busy to realize that her husband (THE TECHNICIAN) is being unfaithful to her?
THE TROUBLEMAKER: The daughter of George Weasley and Angelina Johnson has her father's legacy to live up to, but is hoping to make her own mark on the world. She's good friends with THE JOURNALIST who became famous for slandering ministry leaders after the Solstice attacks.
THE GOLDEN BOY: The son of Draco Malfoy and Astoria Greengrass has always played by the rules, but he's starting to grow tired of it. Perhaps that's why he started a public fight with THE JACKASS.
THE JACKASS: Speaking of the Jackass, the son of Zacharias Smith and Tracey Davis doesn't like most people and has no qualms about letting you know how he really feels - especially when dealing with THE GOLDEN BOY.
THE OUTSIDER: The son of Ernie Macmillan and Isabel Blanco walks a thin line. Intense loyalty can get him in trouble, especially when it involves his feelings for THE ELITIST.
