Hi! I am from![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) gilded_court via ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) gilded_mods, which is an AU Harry Potter game that is set in the fictional world where the Malfoy family is the monarch of both wizarding and muggle Britain. We have developed a very involved and amazing in game canon, and there are several characters who are desperately wanted in game:
Vincent Crabbe - I know Crabbe players are hard to find, but we would love to have one. We have a very active Draco and Goyle, and they need Crabbe to fill out their trio. Pansy also misses him to. He would have a ton of plot, especially if he wants to come in as one of Draco's royal guard. Besides, someone needs to come give Goyle hell for dating a Ravenclaw.
Ernie MacMillian - Hannah Abbot needs her best friend, and Morag MacDougal needs her ex-boyfriend. This is a recast, though other than the fact he stood up Morag multiple times before she ended it, his backstory is very open.
Harry Potter - This is your chance to take Harry out of canon a bit. After all, how emo can Harry be when he has a Mum and Dad, a successful quidditch career, Hermione, Ron and Ginny around? We have all of those roles cast, and they need Harry back!
also! Pansy needs a Personal Assistant/Secretary - Pansy isn't picky, really, but she needs someone who at least appears to be devoted and willing to work around the rather neurotic and high strung Princess Consort.
Gilded Court is a blast. We're a large game, and have been going strong since June 1. We have multiple plots going, as well as ample opportunities for developing personal plots. We are currently diving into several plots that explore some real world political implications including gay marriage, the Iraq War and racism.

About Who I'm Looking For I'd like someone to pick up Patrick Dervish, the oldest son of the family that owns half of Dervish & Banges in Hogsmeade. He's a Hufflepuff (1964-1971), and he works in the store. His history and family and personality are all pretty open, except for one thing: he has a very warped sense of duty and insists on proposing to Felicity Banges (my character) the oldest daughter of the Banges family about once a week. Kind of like this but more awkwardly hilarious and like, all the time.
About Who I Play Felicity Banges felicitus is a former Gryffindor (1966-1973) who has worked at D&B her entire life. She's not sure what she wants out of life, but she's pretty sure it doesn't involved being a shopgirl for ever and definitely sure it's not Patrick. This won't be a romantic line, but there is a lot of chance for great fun & character development--who knows, they might even become friends one day.
There are a lot of characters in game who have potential for relationships with Patrick--Felicity's brother and sister, her cousin Alice Longbottom, the Prewetts, etc.
About the Game Find the Horcruxes is an AU MWPP-era game that focuses on what would have happened if Voldemort hadn't gone after Harry Potter and it was up to Albus Dumbledore and the Order of the Phoenix to find and destroy the horcruxes. It is currently the Fall/Winter of 1979 in the game. This is a very active game with tons of characters and tons of potential with plot, that you should really consider checking out.
