Hi there. I'm Bette, playing at Wished and since I've been so successful here before, I thought I would post here for some roles that we're looking for.

There are many students being looked for specifically, so please have a look at our Available Characters list and see if there's anyone you would like to consider. We have many name only students, and we do love helping people integrate characters, so if you have a character idea that you want to try out, or a character from a past game that you would like to try again, we have an active cast of both 7th years and 6th years, and they are all looking for their missing classmates. The only thing it might require is a personality transfer to a different blank slate character name. If you'd like to step into some roles that you know will have automatic things to play, you can check out our Requested Storylines as well.
Wished is a Trio Era AU, diverging from canon halfway through HBP and set in 7th year. We're a well organized game with a cast base that is friendly and welcoming. We have only been open for two months, but we already have quite a large cast of characters and you can see from our public game recaps how active we are. This is not a game that will die in a month. Take a look if it seems interesting to you, and if you have any questions please ask!

I prefer to play females, but I'll play guys if the plot is really good. I'm picky about the guys I play. I wouldn't mind a 3way psl or a small group. I do everything from fluff to angst to smut and everything in between. I prefer 3rd person threading, but am open to other ways.
What I'm in the mood for right now is dark lines, lots of angst and probably smut.
Rodolphus, Rabastan, Voldemort, Barty Jr, or Lucius (in any combination) for my Bellatrix.
Harry, Tom Riddle, or Draco for my Ginny.
Ron, Ron/Harry, or Viktor for my Hermione.

Hello, find_a_player!
I am coming here on behalf of my Lily Snape at between_worlds. Between Worlds is a crack game that takes place in 1996. A group of characters from 2020 were sent back in time to find that everything they knew about their past has changed. It gives players freedom to do what they want with their characters with the added fun of them finding out how their choices effected their lives from the time travelers. I am looking for Lily and Severus' son, Tiberius Snape.

Hello!
the_fortress is a brand new extremely AU Marauder-Era game. All of the information can be found in this journal, but very basically they're living in an England stuck in the Middle Ages as far as technological advances go. The method of magic is different as well - there's no wand-waving, and a lot of the characters are soldiers or warriors rather than magic users.
We'd like to be able to start off with the Marauders and some Slytherins cast, so those interested in playing a James Potter or Sirius Black or Remus Lupin who has a sword rather than a wand, or a Severus Snape or Evan Rosier who work a different kind of magic, drop by and check us out.
Any character alive during that era (or could conceivably be alive) can be apped for play.
This game will be a balanced game with a mix of social and plot elements - and of course the ever-present exploration of a favorite character in a completely different setting.

Then Isolation RPG is the game for you. Set in October 2001, Isolation imagines a world where three years of peaceful society is shattered in a single night, by a most unlikely suspect. Due to a lack of security at an annual summer festival, a group of religious Muggles witness the event and confuse it with a "devil worshipping cult". Driven by their reglious beliefs, the Muggles attack the festival - killing twenty seven wizards and witches.
The Wizarding World is devestated by the loss and fear of what other terrorism Muggles are capable of leads to the creation of two political parties: the Isolationists (who wish to several all ties from the Muggle world) and the Unionists (who feel that this was a singular incident and are against total segregation).
Plot ideas for the game include:
Isolationist Party taking over the government
Bans and raids on Muggle Arts and Entertainment which lead to the creation of rebellious Muggle Culture parties
Terrorist subgroup that steals the Book of Names from Hogwarts and killing Muggleborn children
Counter terrorist subgroup seeking ways to create mass sterilization of Purebloods
But the game is not all dark and serious. It also includes fifty characters (in and around Harry's year) who are all linked in some way to each other. While the world is growing chaotic and confusing around them - they must live, work and interact with each other as they try to find their way.

Hi! I'm Steff from darkestoftimes and I play Angelina Johnson. I'm looking/hoping for a few characters!
Oliver Wood; Angie needs her equally, if not more, quidditch obsessed best friend! Things just aren't the same without him around. Angie, Alicia, Katie, and Fred would all love to see him!
George Weasley; What game is complete without Fred & George? Ang is very attached to George and would love to see him played, as would Fred!
Marcus Flint or Other Slytherin Quidditch Players; Angelina was never a fan of the way Slytherin ran their team. I'd love to have some old rivalry and enemies of Angelina's around!

The Royal Guard is responsible for the security of the royal family, including patrols, escorting members of the family in the public, monitoring magical security and planning security for events. Applicants need at least a E in Defense Against the Dark Arts and Charms.
Private Secretary to Her Majesty:
Experienced secretary needed to organize Her Majesty's extensive schedule and co-ordinate multiple charity and official functions as well as manage her Her Majesty's correspondence.
Governess for the Duchess of Montrose:
Experienced governess needed for Princess Clara, the Duchess of Montrose. Must be experienced with children with disabilities, and have references.
Royal Healer:
Minimum of three years of experience post training. Must have experience with pre-natal care, pediatrics and emergency medicine. Pay will depend on experience.
