[03 May 2009|12:36pm] Hellloo all! I'm sure I am a big huge fancy dreamer, but I've been itching to play Remus Lupin once again. I'm a bit out of the loop with fandom games, so I figured I would start here to do a little searching. I'm not so big on AU games, but I'm not feeling too picky about setting at the moment, as long as the game is fun and interactive. I would also not be opposed to a private line or a smaller MWPP era group thing if that tickles anyone's fancy. I have writing samples handy if you'd like to suss out my writing style and how I play him. And if Remus isn't open anywhere, I'd also be open to playing Frank Longbottom, Lily Evans, Hermione Granger, or any number of background Ravenclaw characters. 13 comments|post comment

thispurgatory; 7th year plot-centric game [03 May 2009|01:41pm] thispurgatory is a PLOT-centric game, looking to explore the character development of those students left to suffer under the particularly nasty reign of the siblings Carrows at Hogwarts. Everyone knows what happened to Harry and his friends during Deathly Hallows but what about everyone else his age? The historic Battle of Hogwarts was fought with the help of many of Harry's peers. What happens to children who are forced to torture one another to survive? What happens to those who refuse? The rebellion lead by Neville Longbottom will not be an easy path to follow. thispurgatory is a dark-themed canon-compliant game attempting to fill in all the blanks left for us. Currently we are especially seeking an active Ginny and Luna to help our Neville lead the rebellion, as well as other DA members like Seamus and Michael! We would also really like to see Vincent Crabbe and Gregory Goyle as they come into their own. Many others are available for play as well – though all eligible characters must be attending Hogwarts and in their 6th or 7th year. thispurgatory is slated to open once we have 15 cast characters. [03 May 2009|11:25pm] One Second Chance is a post war, AU game set in 2001. We are an active, fun and friendly game who is kicking off a bit of a Death Eater plot and are looking for interested players. We've been around for a long time, but we are always willing to work with characters back stories. We are accepting applications for all open characters, but we are specifically looking for the following. Hermione Granger: Harry misses her, Ginny misses her, hell we all miss her. Harry needs someone to keep him in line and with everything that's going on, the MLE could use her sharp mind. Ron Weasley: We haven't seen Ron in a long time and Harry misses his best mate. Not to mention Charlie, George and Ginny would love to see their brother. Fred Weasley: He ran off and no one has seen him in a year. George is lost without him. The business is lost with out him. Only half the pranks, it's a little depressing. Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws: We only have a handful and we can't let the Gryffindors win. Hannah and Megan would love to see Ernie, Justin and Susan. Flint hasn't fought with Roger Davies in a while and we are pretty sure puppies are crying because of it. Big Baddies: Right now we only have two Death Eaters and they might crack under all the strain if they don't get some help soon. The movement is just beginning and everyone wants to keep their identities secret, so we are looking for characters who want to create chaos and cause mayhem, but also move about in society normally.
