Hey guys, I'm here from Chronic Resurrection where I play a whole bundle of people. It's a dark AU time-travel game and it's reeeeeally good fun. We play in Marauder-era and trio-era, which basically means (unless you are a time-traveller, of which there are four) if your character is alive in both of those times, you play them in both eras at the same time. Sounds complicated, but really isn't. It's very cool, as you can set up your own foreshadowing and nostalgia, see your character grow up etc. We're Death Eater-focused and in 1998 Voldemort is winning (because the time-travellers really messed up their trying-to-fix-history thing). I'm here looking for a few people:
1) My OC Katharina Jugson would love to have her older brother Jugson around (the Death Eater). He's never been played so has no back-story other that he's best friends with Walden Macnair, who is in play and in a complicated relationship with Katharina. Personally, I love playing families, working out the dynamics of that kind of relationship, whether they love or hate each other or (more usually) both. 2) Another family affair: my Rodolphus Lestrange would love to see Rabastan Lestrange. I am sure the other Death Eaters would be pleased to see him too (or if they wouldn't, their players would anyway), especially Bellatrix. In 1977 things are starting to hot up and in 1998 with Voldie in charge there are lots of fun jobs for DEs to do, or, you know, just fun killing and torture of you prefer.
3) My Remus needs James Potter! We have the other Marauders and Lily ready and waiting for him to lead them. It would be great to complete the set. Also, one of the time-travellers is none other than his son Harry, so whilst James won't know why this Harry Planter boy is so keen to hang out with him, there's lots of potential fun for the players involved :-)
4) My poor Hermione is currently Greyback's prisoner and needs Ron Weasley to rescue her. Or Ginny Weasley, to be honest. Actually, we're a bit short of good guys in 1998 so any other Order or DA members other than Remus and Tonks would be handy for that!
5) My Avery would love to lead Severus Snape astray. We have other Slytherins his age, other DEs, marauders to antagonise, Lily to pine after, plenty to do, and we have him down as one of the time-travellers so there's potential for some really interesting character dilemmas as to whether he's stupid enough to try and change history in the way that Harry and Draco are.
