Hello! My name is Cate and I'm a member of the game opening on August 1st called THE REPUBLIC. Republic is a DARK POSTWARTS AU -- the premise is that all of DH happened up until halfway through the battle when Harry actually died. Voldemort is still alive and controls the Ministry. The game is set a little over a year after the last battle (in real time).
I play both LAVENDER BROWN and SU LI. I am really looking for people for SU LI to have around! Currently she is the ONLY Ravenclaw girl though we already have several boys! I would love to have a MANDY, LISA, MORAG or PADMA. My Su is a Muggle-born who has been carefully hiding her status since first year and has forged papers. I would love for her to have a friend who knows her ~secret~.
Plotwise AND Lavender-wise we would also love to see a NEVILLE LONGBOTTOM. The DA has not given up hope and WE NEED YOU, NEVILLE!

I play Gemma Inglebee a Ravenclaw 6th year at the game gn_mod, as well as a two other characters. If you are interested, or have ever thought about a next generation game, please check us out! It has already been a ton of fun, and I don't see this game packing up shop any time soon. As with many games, we need boys. Any house, all years, but most especially, the 5th year. There are a number of 5th year girls who would love to see their male house mates (even if they have cooties).
I really would love to see Jack Inglebee, the little brother of Gemma. He is a 5th year Ravenclaw. She is very protective of him, and has been for ages. Gemma is very family oriented and is missing him a lot. She is spending her first birthday away from home and is starting to feel very homesick! The only thing that makes her happy is that she at the very least has Jack. I would be up for any sort of plotting. I would also like to see the 5th year boys of Slytherin house for one of my other characters. She is missing her house mates and is feeling quite alone.
Also wanted: Fred Weasley, Luke Jordan, and Gordon Ramsey. Alfie and Louis would like to see their other dorm mates. In particular I would like to see Felix Abercrombie, he is the older brother to Alfie, as well as the last Hufflepuff 7th year needed to make a full set! So please check us out! BL is a dark-themed AU MWPP in which Voldemort will eventually take over. We are a large (79 characters and 42 active players), plot-heavy game with considerable mod-involvement and we go at a decent clip, so if you're looking for a game to check once a week, we are not for you.
What we're looking for: players with good senses of humour who are willing to work with other players and the mod to produce incredible plot.

Hello! I'm Xan, the moderators for the Republic, a Trio-era dark AU Post-warts game where Voldemort was successful in murdering Harry Potter on the night of the battle and the Death Eaters are still in power. It's neither a slavery nor forced marriage game, in case that makes a difference, and we're going to be opening on August 1. However, there are still some important character spots we'd love to see applications for!
For the younger cast, we really need a NEVILLE LONGBOTTOM to lead Dumbledore's Army (info). All of the DA members have to work for the post-war DE Ministry (work info; MoM info) and most are either already in the game or have applications pending, so there will definitely be a lot of interaction and plot for him. I just ask that whoever applies for him is willing to commit when it comes to activity.
For the adults, we need ORDER MEMBERS (info) and DEATH EATERS (DE info; purism info) so that the game's plot can move forward and so that it doesn't become a teenager-only game with some torture thrown in. For the Order, we realize that most members are dead, but at the least, Fleur, Bill, Charlie, Hestia, and Kingsley would be great. For the DEs, any and every would be appreciated and almost all of them are still open, but we're especially like to see Bellatrix Lestrange and the Carrows, the latter of whom are now in-charge of discipline for the DA instead of teaching at Hogwarts.

Hello there. This might be a pretty big stretch, but a friend and I are looking to play Lily Evans (or Potter if she's married depending on the premise and year) and James Potter. The game we were in has basically became inactive and we really want to keep writing these characters together. Any kind of game, canon or AU will be looked at! We are both really active, and I know that I usually bring in one or two other marauders era kids too!
Also, if you're looking to create a MWPP game and might need help, I have loads of modding experience and wouldn't mind helping. Said friend and I just want to write our kids, so hopefully there's something out there for us. Thanks!

Hi I'm Jess and I'm looking for a place to play Harry Potter (preferably in a post-DH game, canon up to epilogue; though I wouldn't turn my nose up at an AU version of his 6th or 7th year). I'd like the game to be slash-friendly, as I really can only play gay or bi-sexual Harry. There is a sample application I wrote up for a game in Harry's journal if anyone wants to see my writing style, but I'm very flexible and always write applications from scratch. I'd prefer a newer game (maybe one that hasn't even started yet) as it's always difficult to fit in with a longer standing game. The PB for Harry is flexible too (PB in this journal is Kristopher Turner who is great for a younger Harry. I also like Matt Dallas for an older Harry). Thanks!
