I'm Kaitlin and I play Meaghan McCormack over at Blurred Lines. It's a MWPP game, and I'm interested in picking up the future parents of Daphne Greengrass. I'm looking for a player to play Mr. Greengrass, someone high-quality and active.
I was thinking (since they're likely still young, just out of Hogwarts), that perhaps they wouldn't be married yet and I have several plottage ideas, so if you're interested, please reply to this and provide a link to a thread or log you've completed before? There's kind of a time-crunch since BL only accepts high-quality apps and the application pool is closing for a while on April 19th.

| Seventh Year AU Harry Potter Game |

Hello everyone! I'm Eve and I'm the mod and the Michael Corner (![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) keepmike) over at the new game ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) goodriddancerpg. The game hasn't officially started yet, though I'm allowing people to post "summertime" threads so we can work on character interaction and development. I might be throwing out some character exercises, too, cause those are fun. Anyway, I have a tentative start date in mind of May 1, but I need a few plot essential people before I can reasonably do that.
001 Harry Potter - The game is AU Seventh Year, based on the idea that Draco Malfoy succeeded in killing Albus. My hope is, with the Order not fractured and the group offering to help Harry in any way possible (including allowing him privileges of leaving school on his quest), Harry will choose to return to Hogwarts for his Seventh Year. It makes him easier to protect and gives the Trio a chance to interact with other characters. Anyway, if you're looking to play Harry in a situation different than what we see in DH, with less camping, this is the game for you.
002 Hermione Granger - Similarly, we need a Hermione who's willing to help Harry AND bug him to study for that killer Transfiguration NEWT. Since we're canon compliant up until the end of HBP, and basically ignoring DH, none of the ships are mandatory (unless you and the Ron player agree).
003 Ron Weasley - Of COURSE, we want to round out the Trio. We all love Ron with his anger issues and his girl problems. Now, wouldn't it be much better if he just stormed across the Common Room when he was wearing the locket instead of apparating away?
004 Severus Snape - This one might not be so obvious, but... since Snape didn't kill Dumbledore, he's STILL a spy. This is the PERFECT role for someone who loved the espionage possible with Snape in the past and can't find a place to play that sort of character. He's still playing both sides, trying to help Potter destroy the Horcruxes, acting as Deputy Headmaster, AND teaching dunderheads potions during the day. Add to it that TONKS has joined the staff as Transfiguration Professor and is toting around her new husband the WEREWOLF and Severus is sure to be drowning his sorrows in firewhiskey.
005 Draco Malfoy - The Slytherin golden boy and the Dark Lord's new favourite... or very much so on the rise. The Dark Lord is favouring the Malfoys with his presence and it's all due to Draco's hard work. Unfortunately, he can't return to school, but such is a small price to pay for glory. The question is: Is Draco truly evil, or is he a misguided little boy who was trying to help his father? It's up to you. This is sure to be a juicy plot filled position for anyone who loves Draco.
And of COURSE there are plenty of other roles open, but these are the MAJOR roles needed for plot reasons. All of the game information is available in the Mod Journal. Grab these characters while you still can.

About me and the character I play: Hi, there! My name is Julia and I'm here on behalf of my Tonks and Ernest MacMillan Sr. Both are part of the recently opened, but already active and fun resurrectio_rpg. Tonks is my free-spirited Auror and part-time Transfiguration teacher while Ernest is my 'caught between two worlds daddy to the whole board' bloke.
I am online via the journals pretty much every day. I will scene via thread or log, but also adore using the journals to really connect IC. I've been Rping for over three years and adore long-lasting plot. I focus on realism, never wanting anything to be TOO heavy or TOO light.

Character wanted to fill a SL & why: Ted Tonks would be LOVED as not only would I like my father and mate around, but he's also teaching a newly mandated Muggle Basics course at Hogwarts on the weekends. Other adults for him to interact with include: Remus Lupin, Severus Snape, Charlie Weasley, and a pending Molly Weasley.
Game to join: resurrectio_rpg is canon through HBP with shades of DH thrown in. It is, however, an AU game with the trio in their seventh year. We just started on April 1st, but already have 18 players and over 30 characters. We've been active in the back-story and present-day communities as well as the journals. I promise this game is lasting and would love you to check it out even if you aren't interested in Ted!

Hello,I'm Dezi! I play Angelina Johnson, George Weasley,and Marcus Flint at one2ndchance, a very AU post-war game set in 2000. We are small BUT all of our players are very friendly and love making up insane plots!
I'm currently looking for a Lee Jordan and members of the Weasley family (with the expectation of Fred).
In general the game could use more seasoned Aurors, Ministry workers, former Alumni and Weaslys.
