Hi, RPers! I'm Zee, and I'm here to recommend you all check out Disenchantment, a canon seventh year game focusing on the sixth and seventh year students left at Hogwarts while the trio were off saving the world, and how they coped (and rebelled!) under the Carrows regime. The game started on November 1, and right now is a great time to jump in as the students have just arrived back from their Christmas holidays and there is some big plot lined up - students will no longer sit at House tables and instead be seated according to blood status, Dark Arts lessons are going to get harsher, and the DA are going to step up their game and start recruiting. We're a very active and friendly game with great writers and a wonderful mod team, and I can guarantee we've got enough momentum to play everything out right until the final battle!
I play three characters who would like to see people around -- Seamus Finnigan would like some more Gryffindors and DA members! Lavender Brown, Parvati Patil, you're both wanted! All other Gryffindors would be wonderful, and other students who might get involved in the DA.
Draco Malfoy, on the other hand, would like more Slytherins. We'd love some students who are pro-Carrows and/or blood purists - you'd have plenty of plot to work with! We're especially looking for Pansy Parkinson, Ambrosine Runcorn and Vincent Crabbe right now. Draco would also love to see an Astoria Greengrass - we have a wonderful Daphne already in play and while I wouldn't be willing to ship them during the course of this game, it would be interesting to explore their dynamic bearing in mind what's in store for them, non?
Dorothy Gulch is a sixth year Slytherin, and she'd love any and all of her fellow sixth year Slyths! There are a number of names to choose from as there is currently woefully few of them.

About me and the character I play: Hi there -- I'm Xan, and I currently play Edward Finch-Fletchley, a seventh-year Slytherin and spawn of Justin Finch-Fletchley, at toffs, a next-gen Harry Potter game taking place in the school-year of 2022-23 and that just opened on March 1. The game and its playerbase have been VERY active so far and the mods have been fantastic about plotting and making it more than just a social or shipping game, but more on that later. Right now, there are TWO particular Slytherins we'd love to see.
Character wanted to fill an SL & why: First up is Scorpius Malfoy, who's a sixth-year! He's the last of the book/interview canon characters who hasn't been cast yet, and we've already got strong Potters and Weasleys he could interact with, not to mention plots dealing with anti-Pureblood sentiments. If you're interested in having him as a Quidditch player, everything except Seeker, one of the Chaser positions, and the captaincy are open.
We're also looking for a Christopher Yaxley for the seventh-year Slytherins. He doesn't necessarily have to be the son of the Death Eater Yaxley, but for balance among the existing cast, it would probably be preferable if he was apped as something of a blood purist and as one of the meaner characters. I can also guarantee that he'll have interesting character relationships to work with -- there's a Muggle-born in the same dorm, and the aforementioned JFF!spawn has it out for him because of the Muggle-born Registration Commission affair in 'Deathly Hallows'.
Game to join: toffs @ LJ! As mentioned before, it's a next-gen game focusing on the sixth- and seventh-years, and it has more to offer than simply social and shipping drama -- for example, there were Prophet articles about anti-Pureblood sentiments and the Ministry of Magic's waffling on wizarding-Muggle relations, so if you like some politics with your next-gen, this is the game for you. Hello! My name is Amy and I am a player and a mod at a new Harry Potter DH-compliant, sort of AU RPG called ![[info]](https://www.insanejournal.com/img/community.gif) newdarkrising. It takes place in 2005 (almost 7 years after the Battle of Hogwarts) and is about the characters of Harry Potter trying to build their lives in a world when a new dark seems to be rising again.
At the game I play Pansy Parkinson, Lilith Moon and Hestia (Jones) Shacklebolt. We are currently looking for a few specific characters.
My LILITH would love to see more RAVENCLAWS from around her year. At the moment, she's the only one we have. This includes specifically Cho Chang, or Luna Lovegood or some of the boys like Terry Boot or Roger Davies or the like.
We are also desperately in need of some HUFFLEPUFFS. At the moment the only one we have is Hestia, and she's a lot older than the generation we're looking for. So if you want specifics, we'd love: Hannah Abbott, Susan Bones, Ernie Macmillan and Zacharias Smith.
Oh, and we're also looking for a Ron Weasley to finish out our trio.

Hi, my name is Holly, and I'm looking for some friends (and a twin) for my characters at consequently. I play Parvati Patil and Terry Boot at Consequently which is a year seven - Deathly Hallows canon game.
Parvati would very much like to see PADMA PATIL, because having her twin sister around would be nice, Padma’s fellow Ravenclaw prefect Anthony Goldstein would also like to have her around. SEAMUS FINNIGAN would also be appreciated seeing as Neville is rather alone as the only male Gryffindor seventh year at the moment. It would also be nice to see some sixth year Gryffindor's, especially COLIN CREEVY everyone’s favorite amateur photographer.
Terry would also like to see PADMA PATIL as well as MORAG MACDOUGAL, KEVIN ENTWHISTLE, and STEPHEN CORNFOOT to finish off the group of seventh year Ravenclaws. He would also enjoy seeing ZACHARIS SMITH or ERNIE MACMILLIAN because the game is lacking pompous Hufflepuffs for him to argue with.
consequently opened in February and the game is just getting to the more interesting aspects of the Deathly Hallows timeline at Hogwarts. The D.A. is just starting to re-form and the pace is picking up so this would be a good time to apply. Hi! I'm Kacey and I play Lily Potter, Mandy Brocklehurst, Penelope Clearwater and Narcissa Malfoy over at time_of_trial, An Alternate Universe game. Our plot basically revolves around what would've happened if the Dark Lord hadn't been given the Prophecy about Harry, and how things would've turned out differently. We've been open for a month and have twenty-four different characters. We are in desperate need of a JAMES POTTER! We are also in need of a Peter Pettigrew, and Bellatrix Lestrange.
