I've been really digging the character Karou from Daughter of Smoke and Fire and trying to find a PB for her. The problem is, her hair is blue - sort of semi-light cerulean more than navy - and the only people I've found with blue hair are ones that change colours quite often and don't have enough suitable icons. Her hair's long and apart from that she's pale and quite delicate but with very dark eyes, about 17. Except for the very start of the series she's quite serious and worn which doesn't exactly go with the scene queen look.
I suspect I might have to end up photoshopping, but someone might have a suggestion...
