Okay, you guys were a big help last time, so I'm back again!
I need a Pb for the girl in my icon (C2 from Code Geass).
She should have:
1) Long hair
2) Look like she's 17-19
3) Bangs would be a +
4) Give off a kind of superior vibe
5) Sorta modelish
6) Blond and not Mischa Barton.
