Looking for a PB for a friend this time! 16 or thereabouts, beautiful, tragic, bipolar. The more moodswing-type icons, the better! (And we're talking strikingly pretty, here.) She's based on Nessarose from Wicked, if that helps any.

Ugh ugh ugh.
I need help, guys!
I need a female PB who looks 31 (preferably not a young thirty, as the PB chosen for her younger sister--Hayley Atwell--looks quite old). She must be a brunette and she's to be used for Lucia Nott, a hoity, toity pureblood lady, and I'd prefer her to be not at all curvy, unlike her little sis. Right now I'm tentatively settled on Mia Kirshner, but I'm just not happy with her.
I have considered everything from Sandra Bullock (not classy enough) to Kate Beckinsale (to young) to Dita Von Teese (not enough facial expressions). I have gone through LOADS of icon galleries, etc, so if anyone has any really obscure suggestions/icons (even if it's flocked, I'll join), that would be reeeeeeeally appreciated.

I need a guy that could pass for being in their late twenties/early thirties, who would sort of be like Ross from Friends. The PB just needs to be well known enough that there's a couple fansites lying around. Hair/eye color, ethnicity, etc. doesn't really matter.
