event though i have a potential decision/face held, i'd still like some good suggestions for a blaise zabini pb? i'm not sure if i want to use pharrell williams and i can't think of any other faces that would fit the blaise zabini description. help me out?

Hi! I'm actually going to be very vague, so this will probably be pretty easy.
I'm looking for a female in the late teens/early twenties who has a lot of icons of her being very happy/excited. Other than that I'm not entirely picky!

This original character is a previously quite sheltered but instinctively mischievous young female genie vaguely from Africa or the Middle East who has come to Steampunkified London in 1891. The trick is, she can appear to be any age or race in an attempt to fit in with her surroundings. Ideally this PB will have icons in upper class Victorian costume, but really almost any period costume will do in a pinch. I am just desperate for a PB with the right "It" factor.
