Looking for a girl next door type. Youngish 20s with blonde hair. Somewhat wholesome looking with an edge. She's been through hell and back and she's not so innocent anymore.

I've been continually impressed with you guys, and if anyone can find a PB for this character, you can! I'm at my wits end: I've drawn Justine for years and adore her, but I don't see how any celebrity could possibly 'play' her. I'll do my best, but if it's impossible, I certainly don't blame you. I toss myself upon your good mercies. And seriously? I don't need a ton of icons. If I had like....5-10 good ones, I'd be peachy keen.
Information:
- demon: daughter of lilith, so commanding/independent/proud
- in human form, had dark hair/pale skin/dark eyes
- has no time for romance. at. all
- isn't great at emotions, but tries her best
I've always drawn her with a vidal sassoon bob (you know, that Louise Brooks look), heavy eyebrows, strong, wide cheekbones and apple cheeks, and a sharp, narrow little chin. She's always been written as having an unsettling stare.
I'm not attached to the snow white look, really. Or even the facial features or the hair, though a severe look would really be ideal. She can be pretty, but unconventional or even ugly!pretty would be awesome, if that makes any sense at all. What matters is that she isn't too smiley, has a few proud/bitchy looks, and isn't a sex object in every single freaking picture. I know, I know. Impossible. What would be freaking MAGICAL is if, when she DID smile, it looked almost a bit awkward, as if she hadn't quite gotten the hang of this 'smiling' thing yet. ...help?

I'm thinking about faux-celebing someone with the credits of Sacha Baron Cohen, and the only thing that's holding me back is not having a PB. I need someone who has a bunch of different "looks" that I can find good icons of. Not necessarily a Borat lookalike but definitely an extremely large range; someone in the 25-40 age range.
