This is for an original character.
-Female
-Caucasian
-Needs to pass for 16-24. I don’t care if she’s just a little bit older or younger than that.
-Quirky. She has a strangely dark sense of humor, though.
-An odd innocence to her look.
-Hair color isn’t set in stone, so any is fine--I’m leaning towards blonde at the moment, but brunette or red is fine, too. If it’s blonde, make sure it looks natural, and not dyed until it’s straw, and isn’t platinum blonde.
-Not tan.
-A wide range of expressions in general.
-When angered, she doesn’t throw things—she tends to be sane and serene.
-Nobody that’s too thin, or that’s a major Hollywood celebrity.
-No models or scenesters. No reality show people. People from High School Musical, Harry Potter, and the new 90210 are on the banned list.
-I considered Mia Wasikowska for a while, but I want to see if anyone had any other ideas first, as it’s hard to find very many icons of her. On the brunette side, I then thought of Lucy Griffiths, but she was taken.
-Multiple suggestions are highly encouraged, just in case a PB is taken.

You're Teddy Lupin. You're 19-20ish. You're a bit pale with dark eyes and possibly a heart-shaped face; your natural hair color was black initially but tends to default these days to light brown. Though you can change your appearance at will you tend to keep it to your hair color/style and change it often. (It was black when you were born, turned ginger within the hour, and it was partially turquoise at one stage.) You're expressive, laid back, confident, charming, and self-sufficient; you just took a gap year backpacking around Europe and Australia. Who are you?
EDIT: For clarification, it would be awesome if it's someone with a wide variety of hair colors/styles, but not entirely necessary.
