I'm looking to PB a canon NPC that's not very clearly defined: what I need is a teenage girl from 17-19, non-white (prooobably black or hispanic by the description), which alone is easy enough to find. More difficult is the vibe of someone who's a little tough and doesn't look like they come from the set of The O.C. or Gossip Girl -- the character has led a hard life, and is now a part of a supernatural uprising on the streets. Glossy and smiley are not her style.
I prefer actresses as PBs, can make my own icons, and would love some punk or otherwise non-mainstream touches on her appearance, but I'll take what I can get. Thanks!
