Ginny and Ronnie
Ginny smiled when her friend entered her bedroom, and scooted over on the bed to make room for her. She knew something was up with her, but Ronnie obviously didn't want to talk about it, and she wasn't going to push her on it, not today. They were both leaving when the day was over, so she would broach the topic of whatever was going on when they got back. Today was a happy day.
"Ha ha," Ginny said, rolling her eyes at her friend. "You'd better hold it in. No vomiting during my wedding."
---
She bumped her shoulder against Ginny's slightly, a small smirk on her face. She was really happy that Potter had finally gotten his head out of his ass and was marrying Ginny. It was what her best friend deserved, and really, that was the only reason she was still here. If that wasn't the case, she would have left as soon as she realized that they could leave the building.
"Well, I suppose I can try. Just because it's your day and all," she replied softly. There were a lot of unspoken words there that Ronnie left off. There was going to be enough mushy shit today; she didn't need to add to it. "Still, if you could keep the L word to, like, every third word, I would much appreciate it."
---
"I'll see what I can do," Ginny grinned, nudging the snack tray over to Ronnie.
She sat quiet for a minute, picking at the hem of her robe before speaking again. "Thank you, by the way," she said. "I don't stuff like this isn't your thing, and you'd probably rather be anywhere but here. But it means a lot that you agreed to do this for me."
