Title: The Lovers
Type: Fanart for the hp_tarot community.
Rating: PG, but with artistic nudity (so potentially NWS)
Warnings: None.
Media: Ink, watercolour, then touch-ups in photoshop.
Disclaimer: All characters portrayed are at least 18 years of age. None of the characters herein belong to me, all are JKR's, who is nice enough to let us play in her sandbox.
Artist's Notes: My first watercolour in a long time. I really have a lot of details I like, for example, the clouds, the knight chess piece, the quills... Plus, I spent a buttload of time making the latticework come out right. I chose the card called "The Lovers." I spent a lot of time working in symbolism, so I hope it's appreciated. :D Also, unfortunately the scanner is out of order at the moment so I'm afraid we're having to make do with a digital photograph.
