Roxas was in SUCH a good mood. The war was (basically) over, he was home, his cousin was alive, his family was here, and there was his best friend, lover, other half, appearing exactly when he was thinking of him with a cold pumpkin ale. His eyes lit up. "Thank you, Hayner." For both the ale and the compliment. "If you would like any instruction I would be happy to see you privately." He tipped the tankard and gave his attendant a slow blink and a slight raised eyebrow while he drank deeply. He pointedly licked the ale from his lips when he lowered it. "Even tonight if you are not otherwise occupied?"
The Prince was looking for his own lover, ready to take his first dance before he had to commit to either talking to or dancing with others, and spotted him already on the floor. With his Mother? Hmmm. VERY brave if Riku initiated that himself. Well what was he supposed to do now? Food...or socialize? Or dance? He was a lost little Prince.
Conrad hadn't ridden out for fun in ages, hopefully he was able to go politely slow. He'd have to prepare. Conrad perked up when she agreed, offered to hold her book for the time being (he'd just tuck it into his jacket pocket or the back of his belt for now). He may be a little bit awkward of a person, but he knew how to dance with a lady, knew how to turn to show her and her dress off before pulling her close to dance.
