It... meant a lot to Riku that Sora's family was so supportive of them being together, and actually marrying. Riku lowered his eyes a little shyly. "I certainly did not try to be... obvious. We just want to live in the same space." And if that meant that people were more aware of him, well, maybe it wouldn't be so much of a shock to everyone when their engagement was announced.
"What about you, Mr Lord?" Riku asked curiously. "What are your thoughts on your own future?"
"Oh no," Belle shook her head and ran her hand over the cover before giving it a little squeeze like it was a lovely dolly. "That is the best. A well loved book is precious. It is... characters, who only exist on page and imagination, they have had life breathed into them again and again by a person who loved them." Ahhh. "Sorry. I am told, sometimes I talk about characters from books, like they are more real than people around me." It was her quirk, she supposed.
"Believe me, I will treasure every letter, and write back at once. Though I hope he affairs of ladies will not bore you." She was teasing, mostly. Conrad was... different. She didn't feel like he would judge her as just a silly woman.
