Riku was going to be as excited as a puppy when they went to Abe's house. Because, unlike going to Caloria where his presence was a confusion for most, or the Keep where he'd started out really not knowing what he was supposed to be doing, at Abe's house, he'd just be himself - performing his usual duties alongside his Beloved Prince. It would just be... normal. And fun! Seeing Abe's home and his family. "Please," Riku added, remembering how financially draining it was on his previous household to have important guests, "If there is anything you might like us to bring with," including food, "Do let us know."
Huh? Corin leaned his head to the side a little as Hayner appeared almost at once at the Prince's cousin's side. "Yes, My Lord?" he asked, CLEARLY faking ignorance like he didn't know what the question being asked was. There was a general naughtiness in his eyes that said he'd been listening to EVERYTHING.
"I have written," Corin said, a little distracted by Hayner's giddiness to be asked to tell the story. "I have not heard back from them yet. It is not surprising though - I am sure the pass has been dangerous for the post carriers. I will, of course, write them again soon."
