Haha! It was something new Sora was trying out but the look on their faces was pretty good so far.
"I will." Well, he'd try. Zexion was only slightly less busy than usual. He was about to get a lot more busy with all the education that Sora was going to be asking for. Riku's lessons, Abe, the rest of the boys, he had his own education, probably integrated back in with Roxas, and then Kairi's. "I will try," he adjusted. There MIGHT be another copy in the library.
Sora was happy to just listen to his story. He wanted to watch how the men listened to Riku. Were they just paying attention to him because he was clearly connected to the Prince? Were they genuinely interested in talking to him? To his story? Were they engaged or fidgeting? Did they look bored?
"Ah, you could say that. Our battle was...very difficult," he tried to explain the hardship of their time at the keep. "But in a different way, so was our isolation. Time passed slowly while we waited without knowing how things were at home, when we would see the battle, when we would see our loved ones again." He had reached for Riku's hand without realizing it, and gave it a squeeze before retracting.
"I am sure it was exciting at the castle as well?" Sora asked. His Father had talked about it but he hadn't heard a lot from the other men that had been there.
