Everyone has a big mouth Riku, there is no getting around it. That's why Sora keeps warning you to be polite in public. It would get back to his Father for sure.
The Prince knew it wasn't kosher to just offer help willy-nilly, however this was a member of the council and he was well aware of the proper channels to go through to request help from the crown for his region, so Sora didn't bother too much.
Nope, a common Trabian family. Actually...Sora wondered if perhaps he should sit Corin down and explain to him what was proper to tell others. Actually, shoot. He really should have done that before tonight. Suppose he goes around telling people things that aren't quite true, or revealing too much of Riku's background or Gods forbid telling people he's still a servant. Okay, check mark to scoop up Corin as soon as they see him.
"I am told they will be able to put on quite the show," the Prince responded, feeling a little anxious and stupid that he didn't think the brief Corin on this. He kept the fidgeting to one foot and one hand at least only to not show it too much. "Whether they will be allowed to compete, well I defer to your expertise in that." He wasn't sure how the Balambites would feel about that. "And if I am allowed to compete." Or if maybe he was allowed to like, compete but it didn't count.
