Sora did try his best to be a good and proper Prince, and Riku made it hard sometimes, and was going to get him in trouble. But he loved it oh so much. He never needed to be reminded that he loved Riku but, his lovers attentions made him feel like a King to be honest, and he couldn't help but flirt back even if it was a poor idea. That was part of the job as the spouse to the King as well, to know the exact way to sway and tame him. For his own good, of course.
Sora couldn't really discuss Riku's court with his Father until they were actually engaged. Riku was still a servant and it would be in bad taste to place any other noble boys in his non-existant court. At least he could say that it wasn't his idea and blame his Aunt.
The Prince scooted closer to Riku. "I really really do," he admitted. Despite being a Prince and rich and all that, he was still overjoyed whenever he managed to impress Riku. "You can come to see me practice for the Autumn tournament and then you have to give me some token to wear in it, I mean if you want to. And then I will swiftly win over a dozen men, even the best from across the land at the sword, and we can go to banquet together-"
He had to stop his story when someone else showed up, and tried not to turn red at his embarrassing telling of how great he was going to be and how he was going to woo Riku especially with the man that he was supposed to be planning the tournament with. Sora wasn't sure if he wanted to stand up or not, but he ended up doing it because he was short, and his seat wasn't placed higher, so he had to stand up.
"Good Evening," he greeted. "Richard." Was he allowed to use other people's first names? Was that appropriate? Probably not. However, he was the Prince and he could do what he wanted. "How are you since we last spoke?" Answer the question so he can tell you another exciting thing about the tournament!
