Riku just laughed and hugged Sora close. He was so cute sometimes. "Yes, Sora." He had a feeling their invites were just starting. Hopefully, at least at the start, they'd be invited places together. Then, as they got more comfortable, they could develop an individual, more personal circle of friends. Or Riku was NEVER going to be able to build his own court, not if Sora kept taking all the ones he enjoyed spending time with because they were friends of both of them.
"I had to correct them," Riku said, flushing at the memory. "They, the flowers," he reached up and touched them in his hair, "One suggested something, I think it may have been unsavory," especially with his brother correcting him so quickly, "But the other brother, he told his brother that we are engaged. I, I had to make it clear what we were to each other. I told them we are betrothed, and wait for your Father the King's permission to marry." Riku really hoped he hadn't overstepped, but THEY had brought it up first.
"They didn't say what Ryder knew, just that he had spoken of me."
